In this workshop, we’ll sip, blend, and discover how simple herbs and spices can support your mood, digestion, focus, and overall well-being—while tasting absolutely delicious.
Together, we’ll create and enjoy five signature blends:
• Spice House Chai – warm, energizing, and perfect for your plant-based latte
• Mint Moringa – refreshing and naturally caffeine-free
• Clari-tea – a bright blend to support focus and clarity
• Happy Heart – floral, soothing, and deeply nourishing
• Chamomile Calm – your evening ritual for rest and relaxation
Along the way, you’ll learn:
• How to source high-quality herbs and spices
• Which flavors work beautifully together
• How to brew loose-leaf tea simply (no fuss, no mess)
• How to craft your own chai latte at home
You’ll leave with your own custom blends, ready-to-use tea bags, and a deeper understanding of how to turn a simple cup of tea into a daily ritual of care.
