About this Event
Entrepreneurship is often framed as freedom, growth, and opportunity. All of that is true. What is discussed less openly is the psychological load that comes with building something from the ground up.
Research shows that up to 75% of entrepreneurs report experiencing mental health challenges, including stress, anxiety, and burnout.
This is not necessarily a function of poor performance or lack of capability. In many cases, it is the result of sustained uncertainty, constant decision-making, financial pressure, and the responsibility of carrying a vision that does not yet have guaranteed outcomes.
The exposure to honest, grounded experiences from other founders can reduce perceived isolation, improve clarity, and support better decision-making.
That is why we are hosting Brew & Bloom: The Entrepreneur’s Reset.
This session will include:
- A candid reflection on the entrepreneurial journey by business woman Ngozi Emmanuela Maduka, Founder of Zikora Naturals.
- A guided workshop led by a licensed therapist Dr Jenny Horch, focused on managing stress, preventing burnout, and building sustainable mental frameworks
This is not another motivational event or a networking session in the traditional sense. It is a focused intervention that addresses a gap many founders experience but rarely articulate.
Building a business requires strategy, execution, and consistency. Sustaining it over time requires the ability to manage pressure, maintain clarity, and operate in a way that is psychologically sustainable.
If this is a room you need to be in, then it’s time to choose yourself. We are and always will be your greatest FAN.
