About this Event
Rye Valley is a heartfelt Americana band rooted in Northeast Ohio. Core member, Brett Auerbach, is an indie singer-songwriter and guitarist based in Akron, Ohio. Raised in the Cuyahoga Valley, his music draws deep influence from the sounds of Appalachia and the American Midwest. Blending claw-hammer and fingerstyle guitar with open tunings, Auerbach crafts a sound rooted in delta blues and Americana, marked by raw emotion and vivid lyrical storytelling.
Nick Wilkinson is a part part songwriter but mostly just a guy currently residing in Chicago, Illinois. Wilkinson pulls inspiration from his midwest upbringing to sing unapologetically about wanderlust and love. Whether accompanied by his band “The Featured Players” or performing solo, Wilkinson is known for his engaging and energetic live performances. Whether it's the lightness of 70's fingerpicking songwriting or the heavyfisted strums of an early 2000's indie band, the music finds its way into your heart and stuck in your head.
Brandon Reisdorf is a folk-rock songwriter with a poet’s eye and a bleeding heart. His songs weave dark humor, sharp protest, quiet grief, and the stubborn hope for a kinder world. His voice is honest and his ears are open — music for the disillusioned and the defiant.
