Frequently asked questions;
Do adults pay for this event? YES! The price of these events is per person not per child. We do not class these sessions as just for children as all ages can enjoy these animals. Everyone has the same opportunity to have the same experience so we do not have an adults and children's price. You choose the level in which you get involved but spaces are limited and if you are in the room you are taking a space. The only people we do not charge is under 3s as they are not able to participate to the same level as everyone else. On full events we ask that prams stay in the cafe or outside in dry weather however these are left at own risk!
Do children need to be accompanied? DEPENDS! If you're child is happy to attend without you and you are confident in their ability and their behaviour they can go in unsupervised, however we ask you to remain in the cafe for insurance and security purposes.
