In this group setting you will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork session including: technique introduction intention setting guided meditation followed by the actual breath(work) and a guided relaxation and closing.

Every participant is required to complete a Waiver and Release of Liability Form at location. Please note that this experience may not be suitable for everyone. Breathwork activities are not recommended for individuals with a history of conditions such as:
• Use of major medications
• Mental illness
• Seizure disorders
• Aneurysms
• Cardiovascular disease including angina or heart attack
• High blood pressure
• Glaucoma
• Retinal detachment
• Osteoporosis
• Significant recent physical injuries or surgery
We advise refraining from eating at least 1.5 hours before the workshop as breathwork is most effective on an empty stomach. Don't forget to bring a water bottle and a notebook.
