About this Event
Breath is the one thing we do thousands of times a day, and the one thing that can shift everything when we learn to use it well.
When stress builds and the mind won't slow down, it is easy to keep going. To find ways to manage. What we rarely do is pause long enough to find what actually works.
This two-hour workshop is that pause. You will leave with practical breathwork techniques that fit real life: tools you can reach for at your desk, before sleep, in the middle of a hard day, or whenever you need to find your ground again.
Carefully guided, this workshop is designed to hand you a real toolkit, breathwork practices that fit into daily life and keep working long after the workshop ends.
What to expect:
✔️ Guided breathwork techniques to ease stress and calm the mind
✔️ Practical tools you can use independently from day one
✔️ A 20-minute guided relaxation to close so you leave feeling settled, integrated, and at ease
✔️ All practices sent to your inbox so you can step into your own daily breathwork practice from home
Open to all, no experience needed, just a willingness to show up.
A calm space by the river, and two hours shaped by decades of personal breathwork practice and a deep knowing of what it can change.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
My name is Stanja, I am a yoga teacher, somatic movement, breathwork, and meditation facilitator, with over 30 years of personal practice and more than 2,000 guided sessions. My work is grounded in lived experience, contemporary understanding of the nervous system, Eastern wisdom, and a deep respect for human resilience.
Through my own life, I’ve learned that strength isn’t about constant pushing. There is another kind of strength, quiet and steady, that grows when we learn to listen to the body, stay present, and move through life with awareness. That understanding shapes how I work with people today.
My experience includes living with chronic illness, as well as war and displacement. These experiences have influenced my path without defining me. Through years of personal work, practice, education, and teaching in community and custodial settings, they’ve become a source of clarity, compassion, and grounded support I bring into every session.
I don’t believe people need to be fixed.
I believe in creating spaces where people feel safe to be who they are.
When those conditions are present, change happens naturally.
That is the space I hold. ✨
