Join me for a powerful guided breathwork journey combining CCB and immersive sound to help release stress, reset the nervous systmem and reconnect with yourself.
This beginner friendly session is suitable for anyone curious about breathwork, emotional welbing, or exploring deeper states of relaxation and awareness.
No experience necassary - just bring yourself, a yoga mat and an open mind.
NOTE - Please be aware that these practices are powerful and can bring emotions to the surface and cause transformation. Whilst we will try to create a safe and loving container for this journey, it's also vital to check in if it's right for you at this time and commit to looking after yourself during the workshop and the days following when release and rebalance may continue. There is never any need to push further than feels right in this session.
Contraindications
During the Breathwork, is NOT recommended that you do the Conscious Connected Breathwork if you have heart or blood pressure problems, have a history of psychosis or severe mental illness, or have epilepsy, glaucoma or detached retina.
An alternative gentle heart breathing technique will also be given to anyone who would prefer to use that.
Please message me before the workshop if you have any of these contraindications, or if you have any questions or other concerns.
Refund Policy
Due to high numbers of last minute dropouts and limited spaces, I'm not going to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to try to sell your ticket privately to a friend - you would just need to let me know their details.
About Deep Breath Robbie -
I am a qualified Person Centered Therapist, and have spent much of my adult life as an SEN teacher working with profound and complex learning disabilities and mental health. I have also worked as a DJ with passionate interest in most forms of music. I have a longstanding interest in deep meditation practices and breathwork which has led me to this breathwork facilitator training. In future I plan to put on regular events, online, in person and workshop / retreats; all with a focus of deep immersive sound and music.
