Breathwork
Through conscious and full breathing we can deeply relax, release and connect! 💫
We accompany people on their inner journey to more awareness and clarity, balance of body, mind and soul and maybe even healing. Find connection with others and/or your own (higher) self. In a protected space we let go of our intellect and entrust ourselves to our body intelligence. This allows us to open up to new areas of perception and process feelings and thoughts from a different level.
We open the doors 15 minutes before the start so that everyone has enough time to arrive (doors open 7:15 p.m., start 7:30 p.m.). We will explain the process and start with a small sharing round to introduce ourselves. Then you breathe for about one hour accompanied by music. You lie down on your (yoga) mat and relax. We will guide you into the process and “wake you up” in the end. During the process you will get 100% of our attention, we are holding the space and support you on your inner journey. Afterwards we will give you the opportunity to share what you have experienced and to get grounded again with a few snacks.

What to bring

* snacks for after the breathing (e.g. nuts, cookies, fruit)
Mats, blankets and blindfolds are available on site.
We recommend that you do not eat too much right before the session.
When not to come
If you have just had an operation, suffer from high blood pressure or epilepsy or have symptoms of a cold, please do not participate. If you have asthma, please contact us. We also advise against participation if you are pregnant. If you have any doubts about whether you can participate, please contact us.
Who we are
Basti and I both originally come from the field of branding and design. We have both discovered the value of conscious breathing for ourselves and are now very happy to be able to accompany others on their own journey to more awareness, balance, strength and connection as certified breathwork and energy medicine therapists.
We offer regular group sessions in German and English, as well as individual sessions in Berlin, design customized team workshops, and accompany participants at festivals.

Location
The Berlin Breath Club is located in Neukölln at Karl-Marx-Straße 58, near the Rathaus Neukölln subway station (U7). It can also be reached via Boddinstraße (U8) and Hermannplatz (U7 + U8).

We ask 28 euros for the evening session.
