Meeting in the University Place Libray (large meeting room) immediately to the right of the info desk.
- Doors open at 3:45 PM. Arrive early to settle in and connect.
- Circle begins at 4:00 PM
- Event ends at 5:30 PM
Arriving early is encouraged to fully receive the experience.
What to Expect
This community session is centered around communication, creating space to explore honest expression, deepen connection, and reconnect with your voice.
Through guided practices including light movement, breathwork, reflection, and optional sharing, you’ll gain awareness of how you communicate and leave with tools to express yourself more clearly and authentically in your everyday life and relationships.
What to Bring
- Yoga mat
- Water
- Journal + pen (extras will be available)
- Small blanket
- Dress comfortably
