π« This event will allow you to experience the power of conscious connected breathing, a practice that can help reduce stress, increase energy, and promote overall wellbeing, whilst being gently carried by immersive sounds and instruments.
πΆ The sound journey brings additional benefits, as it can induce deep relaxation, lower stress and tension, promote restful sleep, and help release trapped emotions, allowing for emotional healing and balance.
π During this in-person event, you will learn breathing techniques that can have a profound impact on your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. Whether you're new to breathwork, or looking to deepen your practice, this workshop is suitable for all levels.
Event Highlights:
πΉ Introduction & Demonstration: The session will begin with an introduction and demonstration of the breathing technique, with space for any questions before we start the breathwork.
πΉ Guided visualisation meditation to ground you into the space and practice.
πΉ Guided Breathwork (45-60 mins) with hands-on acupressure from Nathan, where required, to support your experience. Expect group and individual guidance from Nathan & Michelle as they move around the room, ensuring your safety, comfort, and connection with the practice.
πΉ Reiki Healing: During the breathwork, you will have the option to receive Reiki healing from Michelle if you wish.
πΉ Powerful Playlist: A carefully selected playlist will accompany you as you journey through the experience.
πΉ Extended Savasana: To end, Michelle will guide you through a deeply soothing extended savasana with her beautiful array of instruments, where profound feelings of relaxation, joy, and gratitude are common.
πΉ Nathan will offer optional intuitive energy healing during the savasana.
πΉ Reflection & Sharing: We will then offer space for reflection and group sharing. You may also choose to reflect with a journal, or speak 1:1 with Nathan or Michelle.

Practical Details:
π§ββοΈ Bring: Yoga mat, water, blanket, pillow/cushion (spare mats & blankets are available).
π Wear: Loose, comfortable clothing with no buttons or zips above the waist.
β° Eat: Avoid eating for at least 1 hour beforehand (2 hours is even better).
π§ Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water before and after the session.
π· Avoid: Alcohol, caffeine, and intoxicants for at least 24 hours before.
π Parking: Free parking is available at the back of the church.

Contraindications:
β οΈ Please note: individuals with the following conditions cannot take part in Conscious Connected Breathwork:
β History of seizures or epilepsy
β Pregnancy (first trimester)
β Detached retina or eye conditions affected by internal pressure changes
β Psychotic episodes
