About this Event

Are you living on autopilot?

Constant stress, mental overload and exhaustion have become normal in modern life.
We live at a pace our bodies were never designed for — and one of the first things to suffer is our breath.

Short, shallow and held breathing keeps the nervous system in survival mode, leaving us feeling anxious, tense, mentally foggy and drained, often without knowing how to slow down or reset.

This session is an invitation to pause, reconnect with your body and restore your natural state of calm.

What to expect

This is a gentle, integrated session of Breathwork, Mindfulness and Sound Bath, designed to help regulate the nervous system and guide the body out of stress and into balance.

We begin with soft and accessible breathwork practices to activate the respiratory and circulatory systems, preparing the body to enter a deeper meditative state.
From there, you are guided into deep relaxation through the powerful and soothing sounds of the bowls.

No previous experience is needed. This session is suitable for beginners and those seeking a safe, nourishing reset.

Benefits include:
  • Activation of the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and restoration)
  • Reduced stress and anxiety
  • Greater mental clarity and reduced brain fog
  • Deep physical and mental relaxation
  • Increased energy and vitality

Starting a new year is an opportunity to create new ways of living.
Lasting change begins with new habits — including moments of pause, presence and self-care like this one.
