Join Meditation Teacher, Anthony Profeta for a magical journey of relaxing sound, deep breathing, deep releasing, & profound healing.
During this sound bath experience we will be using the power of sound and breath to go beyond the physical body and open the door to higher states of consciousness.
The event will start off with a guided breathwork session to flush the body with fresh oxygen and energy, as well as relax & calm the nervous system. You will then be invited to make yourself comfortable as you immerse yourself in a sound bath meditation. The powerful combination of breath & sound will allow us to go deep within to discover and explore the Self, heal the body, release stuck energy and emotions, & connect to Spirit.
