Join Jake Whan for a 3-hour immersive experience combining somatics, breathwork, and sound healing at Ember and Ice in Boulder, CO.
Jake has guided breathwork journeys across the world, supporting participants of all experience levels — from complete beginners to practitioners. Even seasoned breathwork facilitators have shared that the depth and clarity they experienced with Jake was unlike anything before. His grounded presence, skillful guidance, and deep trust in the body’s intelligence create a powerful space for transformation.
We’ll begin the morning by setting clear intentions and dropping into gentle somatic practices — opening the body, grounding the nervous system, and creating space to feel more deeply. From there, we’ll move into a 60-minute breathwork journey designed to release stored emotions, clear the mind, and reconnect you to your essence.
As your journey integrates, you’ll be held by the soothing vibrations of sound healing — a time to rest, receive, and allow love to move through every cell of your being.
We’ll close with optional sharing, connection, and hot cider or cacao, nourishing the heart before you reenter the world.
After the session, participants are invited to extend their integration with discounted access to Ember & Ice’s sauna and cold plunge — a beautiful way to ground and seal in the work.
