Join Senior Yoga Teacher Celia Roberts BSc and Breathworker Alisa Craig for a deeply nurturing Friday meditation retreat exploring elevated states of awareness, known in yogic and Buddhist traditions as Samadhi and Jhanas, now supported by modern neuroscience.We’ll begin with Compassion-Focused Therapy to create safety and grounding, then move into up to an hour of holotropic-style Breathwork — a powerful practice to rewire, repattern, and recalibrate your mind and body. You can choose either open-mouthed breathwork for a more intense shift, or gentle closed-mouth breathing for a softer, expansive experience.
An extended integration and reflection period will follow, allowing space for insight and deep rest.
Throughout the day, Celia will guide you through breath, body, and mind practices to expand awareness and open the path to self-realisation, while Alisa will share her mastery of using the breath medicinally for healing. Together, they’ll create a safe space for you to quiet the mind, dissolve thought, and enter the stillness of Samadhi, a place of truth, peace, and wholeness.
