This intensive training explores the transformative practice of restorative yoga, bridging the gap between dynamic yoga classes and seated meditation. Designed for yoga practitioners and teachers, it provides an evidence-based approach to nervous system regulation, deep relaxation, and holistic well-being.
Restorative yoga offers profound healing, helping individuals manage stress, anxiety, and chronic conditions by activating the body’s natural relaxation response. This course will enhance your teaching skills with hands-on training in posture sequencing, prop usage, and the neurobiology of relaxation.
