Breathwork on The Beacon with Qigong - April

Join us for a powerful and restorative morning on Ivinghoe Beacon, bringing together gentle qigong with Lucy George and guided breathwork with Bearwolf in one of the most beautiful natural settings in the area.

We’ll begin with qigong, led by Lucy, to help you gently arrive into the space and into your body. Originating in ancient China, qigong is a practice that combines slow, flowing movement, breath, posture, and awareness. It is designed to awaken energy within the body, release physical tension, calm the nervous system, and create a sense of balance and grounding. This gentle introduction helps prepare both body and mind for the deeper breathwork to follow.

Following this, Bearwolf will guide the breathwork journey, drawing on a Tibetan-inspired style of breathwork. This practice is an opportunity to go inward, connect more deeply with yourself, and use the breath as a tool for release, clarity, and presence. Breathwork of this kind can feel both energising and deeply grounding, helping to shift stagnant energy, quiet mental noise, and create space emotionally and physically. Held outdoors on the Beacon, the experience becomes even more powerful — with the landscape, fresh air, and rising day all adding to the sense of openness and connection.

Together, the qigong and breathwork create a morning of movement, stillness, energy, and reflection. As we welcome the day in nature, this session offers the chance to reset, reconnect, and step into the season feeling lighter, calmer, and more aligned.

No experience is necessary, and beginners are very welcome.
