Join intuitive guide and Reiki Master Jennifer Kanyumwa, alongside sound healer and Reiki Master JJ Hu, for a deeply restorative evening designed to help you slow down, release what you've been carrying, and reconnect with a sense of inner calm, clarity, and peace.
Throughout the evening you will be gently guided through:
✨ Conscious Connected Breathwork to release tension, emotions, and stress held in the body
✨ Guided Meditation to quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner wisdom
✨ Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls, gong, and calming frequencies
✨ Reiki Energy Healing to restore energetic balance, grounding, and renewal
No experience needed. Whether you're brand new to these practices or well along your own healing path, this space is held with warmth, care, and full presence.
Come exactly as you are. Leave feeling lighter, calmer, grounded, and restored.
Bring a yoga mat, cushion, or blanket — anything to make yourself comfortable.
Space is limited. Doors close at 7pm. We start on time, please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.

Jennifer Kanyumwa is an intuitive guide, mentor, and founder of Mujen Community. After navigating burnout following 15+ years in the corporate world, she found her way back through over 20 years of her own spiritual journey. She now guides others as a certified Reiki Master, breathwork facilitator, and meditation guide — helping people quiet the mind, release what the body has been holding, and reconnect with their purpose.

JJ Hu --Founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method, JJ is a Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach. With over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work, she offers healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.She is the author of 52 Weeks of Morning Mantras, host of the podcast " JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life", meditation teacher on Insight Timer and was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI’s Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing. Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.
