Step into a 90-minute Illuminate Breathwork + Meditation experience designed to help you reset, release, and come back to yourself.
This session blends intentional breathwork, guided meditation, immersive sound, and Reiki energy healing to support both your nervous system and your emotional body. It’s not just about relaxation, it’s about creating space for real release and reconnection.
We’ll begin by settling into the space and grounding your body, gently transitioning into guided breathwork techniques that help regulate your system and unlock stored tension. As your breath deepens, soundscapes will layer in to support the experience, helping quiet mental noise and guide you inward.
Throughout the session, Reiki will be offered to support energetic balance and deepen your ability to let go. Many people experience emotional release, physical relaxation, or a sense of clarity that feels hard to access in day-to-day life.
This is a space where nothing is expected of you. You don’t need to perform, fix, or figure anything out. Just breathe, receive, and allow your body to do what it naturally knows how to do.
