Breathwork, Hatha and Yin Yoga, and Meditation Practice to Close.

Join us for a relaxed afternoon of breathwork, Hatha and Yin yoga, followed by a calming meditation to close.

What is involved?

Hatha yoga is a slower practice, and you will hold poses for longer than you would in a flow-style that helps you improve your balance and reduce stress, and create mind-body awareness. Yin yoga compliments hatha because it is slow, meditative style that targets deep connective tissues (fascia, ligments, joints) using passive, floor-based poses held for 3-5 minutes) to calm the nervous sytem.

We will finish with a breath awareness technique to help you tune back into your conscious breathing, controlling your breath to calm your mind.
