Join us for a special 3-hour immersive workshop designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience deep relaxation. In this guided experience, we will move through a combination of conscious breathwork, gentle body movement, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and inner balance.
The session is designed to create a calm and supportive space where you can reset, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
No prior experience is needed. Everyone is welcome.
