What is Breathwork?
Breathwork uses intentional, continuous breathing patterns to move energy and release emotions or trauma that may be stuck in the body. These stuck patterns can cause stress, anxiety, or even physical tension. Through the breath, your body has a natural way to let go, reset, and heal. Breathwork is a powerful tool to reconnect with yourself, calm your nervous system, and create lasting transformation.
What to Expect in Class:
Our 90-minute class starts with a short introduction to go over what breathwork is and the breathwork pattern we will be using. From there, I’ll guide you through 50 minutes of active breathwork focusing on dealing with family triggers during the holidays. We'll finish the breathwork session with a meditation. We’ll close the night with enjoying some herbal tea, group reflection time, and optional sharing of the experience to build connection with each other.

Day of Details:
- It's best to breathe on an empty stomach, so refrain from eating 1-2 hours before class.
- Wear comfy clothes you can breathe deeply in.
- Bring an eye covering, blanket, and water.
- Option to bring a journal and a pillow.
