If your mind feels constantly “on”… this is your reset.
Join us for a guided breathwork experience designed to help you release built-up stress, quiet your mind, and reconnect with your body in a way that most people never take time to do.
This is not complicated. You don’t need experience. You just need to show up.
Through a simple, music-guided breathing pattern, you’ll be led into a state where your nervous system can finally downshift. Many people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded in under an hour.
Some experience deep relaxation. Others notice emotional release. Most walk away thinking, “I didn’t expect that to work that fast.”
This is a small, intentionally limited group (max 8 people) to keep the experience personal and comfortable.
What to expect:
- Light movement to get out of your head and into your body
- A guided breathwork journey (beginner-friendly)
- Music designed to support the experience
- Time to integrate and come back grounded
This is for you if:
- You feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally “busy”
- You want a natural way to reset without relying on substances
- You’re curious about breathwork but don’t know where to start
- You want to feel more present, calm, and clear

What to bring:
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- Journal if you feel inspired to write down your expereince
- Water

This experience involves conscious, rhythmic breathing that can create strong physical and emotional responses.
For your safety, this session may not be suitable if you are currently pregnant, have a history of cardiovascular conditions (including high blood pressure), epilepsy or seizures, severe asthma, or have recently undergone major surgery.
If you have a history of panic attacks, are currently experiencing significant mental health challenges, or have any medical concerns, please consult with a healthcare professional before attending.
This is a guided, supportive environment and you are always encouraged to listen to your body and adjust your pace at any time.
