In this intimate circle you will be guided on an experiential journey of release and self discovery, utilising a blend of Breathwork, journaling and an invitation for sharing.
Most of us carry moments we wish we could rewrite - words spoken in anger, actions driven by pain, times we abandoned ourselves or others. Yet self-forgiveness can feel impossibly out of reach.
Even when we know we did our best at the time, the heart can hold on. The mind circles back again and again, replaying the story. We tell ourselves we should have known better, been stronger, kinder, wiser. We keep ourselves locked in a quiet courtroom of self-judgment, an endless loop of criticism turned inwards.
In this immersive Breathwork workshop, we’ll explore the gentle art of self-forgiveness - learning to meet ourselves with the compassion, curiosity, and care we so often offer others but struggle to offer ourselves.
This session invites you to reconnect with the body as a safe haven. Through guided breath, mindful enquiry and somatic awareness, we’ll soften the inner critic, tend to our tender parts, and open space for self-understanding and release.
Why? Because forgiveness isn’t an idea, it’s a felt experience. Our nervous systems, wired for protection, can keep us cycling between guilt, shame, and self-blame long after the moment has passed. When we gently turn our attention inwards, towards the parts of us holding our stories and regrets, we get to untangle and start to discard the ideas and narratives that no longer hold truth.
It’s not about excusing harm, or pretending that what happened didn’t matter. It's about explanation we feel in an embodied way, about reclaiming our capacity to love. Self-forgiveness is a somatic unfolding, a process that involves the whole body, the nervous system, and the tender parts of us that are still trying to protect us from pain.
Together we'll explore:
- A felt understanding of self-forgiveness as a process, not a destination
- Tools to work compassionately with inner conflict & criticism using IFS & somatic principles
- Practices to bring your nervous system into safety and presence

What to expect
This lovingly-crafted 2.5 hr Breathwork healing circle in Olivia's rainbow home studio will be an opportunity for some deep inner healing, connection and release.
• An exploration of Self-Forgiveness - why it's so important for our emotional well being and how we can start, or continue, to cultivate an experiential sense of this within our soma. Whether it's past regrets, attachments or current behaviours/ habits/ reactions, we will start to unravel the layers of resentment turned inward and move more toward an experience of softness and ease.
• A safe and supportive sanctuary for sharing from our hearts in a space without judgement, interjection or advice
• 25-30 minute Transformational Breathwork meditation
• 10-15 minutes deliciously heart-expanding integration
• Time and space for our hearts and bodies to settle before emerging back into the world
What is Breathwork?
Transformational Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to clear the body and nervous system of emotional debris. It is a somatic healing practise with the capacity to move and transform stuck emotional energy.

Olivia is a trauma informed, IFS trained, Breathwork & Embodiment Practitioner, Space Holder, Intuitive Guide, Writer and passionate Self-Healer. She believes deeply that we are our own healers, and in the true alchemy of our own breath.
Olivia's journey through, and recovery from, substance addiction, self-harm, depression and developmental trauma has gifted her a unique insight into our wondrous ability as humans to heal ourselves, and an unshakeably solid foundation to hold space for your unfolding with boundless compassion and empathy.
Breathwork is the yellow brick road to the home within yourself. On the other side of the breath is a place of self-discovery, of clarity, of pure love. It is her deepest joy and privilege to share this with you.
