Breathwork for Grief

Arriving early is encouraged to fully receive the experience.

Grief looks different for everyone, and it can come in many forms: the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a home, a job, or even a version of life you once imagined.

So many people carry grief quietly and alone. I’ve been there.

There is something powerful about coming together, being witnessed, supported, and reminded that you’re not alone in what you’re feeling.

Through breathwork and gentle movement, you’ll have space to process, release, and reconnect with yourself while honoring what/who you’ve lost.

My intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and supported as you continue moving forward.

• Yoga mat
• Journal + pen (extras will be available)
• Small blanket (thank me later)
• Dress comfortably

Meeting in the University Place Libray large meeting room - immediately to the right of the info desk.
