Welcome to Breathwork for Grief!
Come join us on Tuesday, December 24, 2024 at 7:00 PM for a powerful in-person event where we will explore how breathwork can help us navigate through the process of grief. This session will provide a safe space for you to release emotions, find peace, and connect with others who are also on a healing journey.
Whether you are experiencing recent loss or carrying long-held grief, this event is open to all who are seeking support and healing. No previous experience with breathwork is necessary - just come with an open heart and willingness to explore.
Somatic breathwork is a therapeutic practice that uses conscious breathing techniques to help release stored emotions and trauma in the body. Participants can deepen their awareness and facilitate emotional release by focusing on the breath and physical sensations, leading to relaxation and healing. During the breathwork journey, we access theta brain waves states. This is the highest state for creativity, healing, and accessing subconscious memories. This holistic approach promotes a strong mind-body connection, enhances self-awareness, and fosters personal growth.

Participants must be 18 years or older.
