You will tap into your inner self, release stress, and unlock emotional freedom through rhythmic breathing techniques matched with fun, upbeat music. Every attendee will be given headphones to hear the music and my voice, creating an even deeper and more personal experience. Think of it like your own private breath bubble… or perhaps silent disco meets meditation!
There will be time after practice for silent reflection & journaling, followed by optional group sharing to allow all the insights that came up to integrate after practice. Ayurvedic treats and teas will be served to help ground all the incredible energy you've created.
