For yoga teachers, therapists, and healers seeking to understand the therapeutic applications of the breath and deepen their personal breathwork practice, this immersive, experiential training draws from a rich tapestry of traditions, including Somatic Experiencing, Vedic philosophy, Chinese medicine, and modern neuroscience, to offer a comprehensive approach to breathwork.

TRAINING INCLUDES:
->Five, 10 hour in-person weekends - These monthly experiential lectures delve into a comprehensive curriculum with topics such as the nervous system's relationship with breath, the science and anatomy of breathing, yogic anatomy, liberation practices, and therapeutic applications of the breath.
->Integration Circles - Monthly facilitated groups provide space for sharing experiences, insights, and challenges, enhancing the communal aspect of the training.
->Empathy Partner - Each participant is paired with an empathy partner to provide mutual support, reflection, and accountability throughout the training.

IDEAL PARTICIPANTS:
This training is suited for yoga teachers, therapists, coaches, and healing facilitators who:
-Have a consistent personal practice or are ready to commit to a daily breathwork practice.
-Work in individual or group contexts and want additional skills to support healing in their communities.
- Are interested in personal and collective transformation through breathwork.

OPTIONAL /ENCOURAGED ADD ON:
->Daily Guided Virtual Breathwork Sessions (60 hours)
- Participants engage in live virtual, 30-minute sessions Monday through Saturday, 7:30-8am (8am on sat) fostering a consistent and supportive practice environment.
