Welcome to Breathwork & Soundbath

This session invites you into a deeply nurturing space where breath, gentle movement and sound work together to support regulation, release and inner peace.
We begin with a calm landing through simple, gentle movements. The movement helps the body to gradually gear down, loosening the tissues around the neck, shoulders and back and creating more space in the body. This prepares the entire system to draw the senses inward, release external tension and find peace with greater ease
Then will then be guided into a deep and nourishing breathwork session facilitated by Saszeline. Through conscious and rhythmic breathing which creates connection between body and mind, we move from the head down into the body — into the layers where tensions, emotions and old patterns are often stored. The breathwork supports the nervous system in regulating itself and provides the opportunity to release what is ready to move, without pressure or performance.
What the breath opens, is deepened as Kika weaves the soundbath into the session. You are guided into a soundscape of a wide landscape of instruments - gong, rattles, chimes and crystal singing bowls which move through the body as vibrations. The sound has a deeply calming and realigning effect and supports the integration of what has been opened in the breathwork.
The session ends in silence and rest, giving the body time and space to settle in and integrate the experience.
What are soundbaths?
Soundbaths are a meditative practice used to create balance in both body and mind. When sound waves and vibrations move through the body, the nervous system is stimulated to deep relaxation and recovery. The sound “massages” the body from the inside and can help calm the mind, create a sense of grounding and restore inner connection. Many people experience a deep sense of calm, clarity and balance afterwards — as if the system has been reset. During the soundbath, you lie down under a blanket. There is nothing you have to do — just close your eyes and let the sound lead you inward.
