
90 – minute carefully crafted breathwork & sound journey using a gentle yet powerful two-part breathing technique through the mouth while lying down. The practice invites you to explore the inner landscape of your body and mind releasing stored tension and emotions creating space for renewed energy mental clarity and emotional balance. As you breathe you’ll be guided to connect more deeply with yourself opening pathways to calm presence and self-awareness.
In the integration phase you’ll be immersed in a sound meditation with crystal singing bowls Tibetan bowls tuning forks and other harmonic instruments. Their rich tones and soothing vibrations wash through the body helping the nervous system settle into deep relaxation while supporting emotional and physical restoration.

About your guide:
Victoria is a certified breathwork & sound meditation facilitator who has been helping people find inner harmony and connection through body and mind practices for over 15 years. She completed a 7-year classical music school program gaining a deep understanding of music sound and their impact on our bodies. This foundation supports her work in sound therapy and body-based practices.
