This is one of those classes you don’t casually stumble into, you come because you’re ready for a big shift in yur life. If something in you is nudging you to find out what this is, you’re meant to be here.

This is a unique breathwork experience led by a facilitator who specializes in active, transformative breathwork. It’s not your typical class, and it’s not something you’ll find everywhere.

If you’ve been feeling heavy, stuck, disconnected, or like something needs to change now this journey is for you.

Why Choose This Experience

This journey centers around active, rhythmic breathwork inspired by holotropic practices, held in a way that’s intentional, grounded, and deeply supportive. The breath does the work, my role is to guide, hold, and integrate the experience so it feels safe, spacious, and meaningful.

What We’ll Move Through
  • 30 minutes of active breathwork to awaken energy, release emotional blocks, and access deeper awareness
  • Guided meditation & visualization to help settle the nervous system and bring clarity
  • Sound healing with crystal bowls to help you drop deeper and ground you
  • Reflection + journaling time to integrate your insights and experience into your new life

What to Know Before You Come

This is an advanced technique but you don’t need prior breathwork experience. You just need openness and a willingness to commit to the breath for the full 30 minutes. Blankets and cushions will be provided. We’ll start by getting familiar with the breath together, and I’ll be moving around the room offering gentle guidance so you never feel like you’re “doing it wrong.”

This style of breathwork can feel intense and emotional for some people, and that’s part of what makes it powerful, you’re always invited to pause, rest, or modify as needed and I will be there to remind you.

If you’ve been curious about breathwork, or you’ve done it before and are craving something deeper, you won’t want to miss this.
