Join Noemí for a magical Saturday evening designed to help you ground, release, and reconnect. Through an immersive breathwork session followed by a deeply restorative sound healing journey, you’ll be guided into an altered state of consciousness where true relaxation and inner clarity can unfold.
Experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments as they wash over you—supporting emotional release, nervous system reset, and full-body rejuvenation.
Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned meditator, this experience offers a safe and supportive space to let go of stagnant energy and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

6:30–7:00pm | Holotropic Breathwork (guided by Noemí with music)
7:00–7:30pm | Sound Bath Journey (live instruments)
7:30–7:40pm | Journal Reflection
7:40–8:00pm | Community Circle (optional sharing—come as you are, speak your palabra or listen and receive the medicina)

About The Facilitator: Noemí Caraveo (she/her/ella) is a Latina healer and proud daughter of Mexican immigrants. Her passion lies in serving Black, Indigenous and people of color (BIPOC) in their healing journey back to themselves. She holds a Masters of Arts in Guidance and Counseling and serves as a Community College Counselor by profession. She considers herself a lifelong student and her personal healing journey has led her to become certified in several healing modalities including Soulmonic Sound Healing, Holotropic Breathwork and Curanderismo (Traditional Mexican Medicine). She is also an Usui Reiki Master and a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher. From a young age, Noemí was identified as having a "don," the gift for healing. Through the many teachings she has received in her spiritual journey, Noemí has learned to develop her healing gifts and now serves as a medium, infusing all her work with divine love and communication.
