Time to journey on the Joy ride. This month’s theme is really about dipping your toes into the abundant pool of happiness lying, always ever present, within you.
We will flow through Holotropic style breathwork, a deep restful mediation with healing sounds, paired with cacao to open the heart and ground you into the space.
Please arrive on time or up to 15 minutes early.
Bring your favorite mug for cacao and a mat to lie on.
