Breathwork and Meditation have been scientifically proven to be both some of the most powerful tools to improve overall mental and physical health.
In Empowered Academy’s Breathwork and Meditation Facilitator Retreat, you will be taught about the science behind Breathwork and Meditation and how to facilitate sessions ethically and responsibly.
But more importantly this course is also a powerful life changing personal and spiritual development journey.
Breathwork and Meditation has its origins in the ancient yogic teachings.
Pranayama is the practice of consciously directing the breath with awareness and with intent and Meditation is the ability for one to begin to focus and direct ones mind and energy.
Over time these ancient teachings have evolved to include many new techniques that focus on the use of breathing exercises as a means of therapy and self-healing.
WHY DID WE DEVELOP THIS TRAINING?
We created this immersion style training because we believe everyone can profoundly benefit physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually from this practice and it’s techniques.
The more this beautiful knowledge and practice is shared with the world ethically and responsibly the better.
To be able to teach in a safe way, you will need to experience the power of these techniques for yourself and set up your own daily practice post the course.
If you are to teach these beautiful practices you must first experience its powerful benefits and then seek to continually embody it.
You will learn many different techniques and practices, but most importantly what you will learn is when and where to apply each of these practices ethically and responsibly.
When it comes to facilitating breathwork and meditation different situations & groups require different techniques and practices.
HOW IS THIS TRAINING DIFFERENT?:
In this immersion style training we take a more multidimensional approach to teaching and learning.
The content is very comprehensive, but is presented in an easy-to-understand and practical way.
Most importantly you will learn how to apply these techniques and practices and learn how to share them with others.
Your current outer world is a direct reflection of your inner world.
Through these powerful teachings one is able to start the process of healing of ones self-destructive personality traits and arrive at a place of true freedom internally and externally.
All units delivered are highly interactive, take a multidimensional approach to learning and require honest self study and full embodiment from the individual.
The classes are designed for everyone from complete beginners to those that have some experience in topics covered.
Upon completion of this immersion life can never go back to the way it was.
