Through a blend of mindful breathing exercises and expressive art, this unique workshop offers a sanctuary where you can explore your inner world and unlock new levels of creativity.
Participants will start with a series of breathwork sessions led by Lilit, designed to center the mind and open the heart. These exercises will help release any mental blocks and invite a sense of peace and clarity. Following this, Christy will lead intuitive painting sessions where you can freely express your emotions through color. No prior experience in breathwork or painting is necessary—just bring an open mind and a willingness to explore.
