In this 45 minute class, we will focus on centering and grounding through breathwork and a gentle yoga flow. classes will include little to no standing postures. no experience required. This class is great way to settle the day and come back to yourself.There is plenty of parking, but no bathroom.
Please come prepared. Bring a mat and water.
Class Rates:
Suggested contribution: $10-20, but pay what you can, or even pay it forward $30
