About this Event
In this workshop we will be engaging with 2 forms of breathwork: pranayama for centering and circular breathing for clearing energy. Our practice will be supported by the healing power of sound using crystal singing bowls, harp, chimes, and more. Experience the synergistic blend of these potent self-healing modalities.
No experience is necessary, and all are welcome!
Please Bring:

- An eye mask if you'd like to be in complete darkness.
- An empty stomach (don't eat a heavy meal for at least one hour before)
- Comfortable clothing and warm layers.
- A journal to note down your reflections
Please arrive a few minutes early so you can settle in and we can start promptly at 7.

Breathwork is a powerful modality for healing, a great practice for grounding, and a fun activity to experience. My sessions contain a spectrum of disciplines, including elements of Kundalini, Ecstatic, and even Sports Performance. In breathwork, we have a tool to renew and invigorate energies within ourselves and develop a calm and clear state of mind. Breathwork can be used for both ‘in the moment’ activation, as well as an attribute to an ongoing healing process. Whether you're new to breathing techniques or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to join.
Sound therapy offers a multitude of benefits aimed at enhancing overall well-being. Through the soothing tones and vibrations of a variety of instruments and sounds from nature, it induces a state of relaxation and reduces stress, allowing the mind to attain mental clarity and focus. Improved sleep quality is a notable advantage, contributing to better rest and rejuvenation. Sound therapy helps balance and heal, serving as a conduit for releasing pent-up emotions and facilitating emotional regulation. Physiologically, it stimulates the body's innate healing mechanisms and supports respiratory function, promoting holistic health. It fosters a deeper meditative state, offering a profound sense of inner peace and harmony.
