ABOUTJoin us for an enchanting Breathwork Journey held on the ancient healing lands of Heartwood Farm in the Byron Bay Hinterland, guided by the beautiful Kristy Ferrari (affectionately known as Krissy). Krissy is a professional breathwork facilitator, cacao ceremonialist, yoga teacher, shamanic practitioner and energy healer. Krissy weaves powerful yet playful experiences that invite you to step out of a life led by the mind and into a limitless life guided by the heart.
Through circular breathing and conscious connected breath, evocative music, and the rhythmic sounds of shamanic drums and rattles, we journey inward, working with the elements of earth, water, fire and air, and calling in ancestral and energetic support for healing and protection.
Breathwork activates the body’s natural healing mechanisms, allowing access to the subconscious where stress, stored tension and outdated patterns can be released. This process helps reset the nervous system, expand the heart and reconnect you with your true essence and unique gifts.
Opening Ceremony – Blue Lotus Tea
We begin with a Blue Lotus Tea Ceremony, gently guiding you into a meditative and receptive state.
The Blue Lotus flower (Nymphaea caerulea) is known for its calming, heart-opening and euphoric qualities. Revered in ancient Egyptian civilisation, it was associated with the Sun God Ra, rebirth, and higher states of consciousness.
This sacred ceremonial tea supports relaxation, heightened spiritual awareness and a softening of the mind - creating the perfect foundation for a deeper breathwork journey and expanded inner experience.
This is a sacred homecoming - a chance to reconnect with yourself, listen to the whispers of spirit, and bring all parts of you back into harmony.

This workshop weaves together blue lotus tea, breath, sound and mindfulness in a serene natural setting. It is a chance to step away from the busyness of life, reconnect with yourself, and return to a place of calm and clarity.
No prior experience is necessary - just wear comfortable clothing (layers recommended).
Everything else is provided.
