Start the New Year off right with this breathwork and sound bath experience. Mandy will guide you into deep relaxation with harmonious tones and gentle vibrations. It’s the perfect way to reset and recharge for the new year!

Breathwork

This 15 minute breathwork journey will be a 3 part breathwork. This two inhale one exhale method is a 3 part breath that hyper-oxygenates the body. Breathing in this way removes toxins, and clears stagnant energy and stuck emotions out of the body. It allows you to find deep forms of relaxation and inner peace. It also rebalances your system and brings you back into a restful nervous system.

Sound Bath

You will be transported to an oasis of relaxation with an hour of symphonic sound bath. Mandy combines ancient Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, wave, handpan and other special instruments that you’ve likely never heard before. Mandy is an extensively trained sound practioner. Her melodies will melt you into relaxation and bring you back into harmony. Join us in our Immersive LED room for a 12-instrument sound bath designed to restore mental clarity by dropping you into meditative brainwaves. It also supports your body by melting away any tension or stress. The sound expands your awareness and allows you to take a vacation from your everyday thoughts. This is a nourishing way to recharge and reset. Think of it as a tune-up for all parts of you.

We will provide mats, but feel free to bring your own if you like.

Mandy Hamilton Bio:

Mandy is a published psychology researcher meets life coach, sound healer, and psychedelic facilitator. Her training is vast and deep. She draws upon published psychology research on behavior change, years as a professional-level athlete, experience as a Director of People, and certifications in Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Holotropic Breathwork, 300 Hour Sound Practioner, and Psychedelic Facilitation and Integration. She loves combining tools and techniques proven by modern science with esoteric and ancient wisdom to help people feel at peace in their minds and bodies. To date, she has guided over 1,000 people in sound healing and coaching. She can’t wait to meet you!
