About the Facilitators
• Joseph Anderson (Breathe Free Prosperity) is a certified Wim Hof Method instructor and Level 3 Breathwork Masterclass graduate, widely recognized for offering approachable, science-informed classes that demystify nervous system regulation and somatic practices. Through his innovative teaching platform, Joseph focuses on uplifting both body and mind with a unique blend of biological hacks, breathwork, and sound—rooted in a background of accessible, evidence-based techniques.
• Lisa McDonald (Whispers of Light Healing) is a certified Shamanic Reiki Master, Sound Bath Meditation Practitioner, and Crystal Healer. Lisa trained directly with renowned sound practitioner Jim Donovan, whose expertise in rhythm and sound has helped thousands manage anxiety, pain, and chronic stress through innovative, gentle methods.
What to Expect
• Breathwork Session: Joseph will lead you through evidence-based breathing practices that engage the nervous system, suitable for all experience levels.
• Sound Bath: Lisa creates a soothing soundscape using instruments and techniques learned from years of experience and direct mentorship under Jim Donovan, helping to facilitate relaxation, release, and deep presence.
