Release stagnant energy. Rewire subconscious mind. Restore and cleanse your body. Reconnect with your Higher Self.
About this Event

By integrating neuroscience with ancient wisdom, you will discover the power of the mind-body connection and directly experience the benefits of somatic work through breathing techniques.

Join me for monthly evenings of Breathwork and Sound Healing. Immerse yourself in a transformative experience that combines the power of breath and soothing sounds.

The transformational breathwork style I teach (circular connected breathing) is a trauma-responsive approach to conscious breathing (in and out of the mouth) with gentle touch, and a motivating playlist. The 27 minute breathwork portion allows us to activate our nervous system which enables us to release stagnant energy.

Following the breathwork session, you'll be enveloped in a mesmerizing sound bath. The harmonious tones of crystal singing bowls, koshi chimes, and other instruments will wash over you, creating a blissful sonic landscape. This immersive auditory experience will help you enter a meditative state, promoting deep healing and inner harmony.

Benefits of the combination of Breathwork and Sound Healing

  1. Stress Reduction: Both breathwork and sound healing can activate the relaxation response in the body, helping to reduce stress, anxiety, and tension. The rhythmic breathing patterns and soothing sounds can help calm the nervous system and promote a sense of tranquility.
  2. Emotional Release: The combination of intentional breathing and resonant sounds can facilitate the release of trapped emotions and emotional blockages. This can lead to a greater sense of emotional freedom, allowing individuals to process and let go of unresolved feelings.Deep rest and relaxation
  3. Increased Energy and Vitality: Certain breathwork techniques, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, can oxygenate the body and improve circulation. When paired with uplifting and energizing sounds, this combination can help boost vitality and rejuvenate the body and mind.
  4. Enhanced Focus and Clarity: Breathwork and sound healing can help clear mental fog and enhance mental clarity. The focused breathing patterns and harmonious sounds can help individuals enter a state of heightened awareness and concentration.
  5. Creative Expression: The combination of breathwork and sound healing can stimulate creativity and self-expression. Engaging in these practices can help individuals tap into their inner creative potential and explore new avenues of artistic expression.

No previous experience is necessary to attend this event. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of breath and sound. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket to ensure your utmost comfort during the session.
