
About this Event
In this class, we will practice breathing techniques to open our body and breath to reduce stress, integrate trauma, and cultivate more space and energy. Energy thus created moves freely in the open space without any blockage, which helps to strengthen our lungs and inner system, making us more vital, fit, and healthy. Healthy, functional breathing exercises help to strengthen our lungs, open our system to cultivate more energy, and move it freely.
