60 Minutes to Reset Your Nervous System
Join me on the beach. Move, breathe, plunge, connect.
🏝 What This Is: A guided 1-hour in-person experience to move stress out of your body, reset your nervous system, and reconnect to what’s real — barefoot on the earth, breath in your lungs, cold in your bones, and presence in the now. You don’t need to be “ready.” You don’t need to be good at meditation, breathwork, or ice plunges. You just need to show up.
🌀 What We’ll Do (60 min)
1️⃣ Ground + Move on the Beach (15 min) We start barefoot in the sand. Light movement, grounding, and getting into your body. Feel the earth.
2️⃣ Cold Plunge in the Bay (1 min) Step into the San Francisco Bay and breathe through the chill. Build resilience, presence, and nervous system strength. Modifications available — it’s about meeting your edge, not proving anything.
3️⃣ Guided Breathwork (9 min) Expand your lungs. Clear emotional charge. Shift your inner state. Clay guides you through conscious, safe breath practice.
4️⃣ Drop Into Stillness – Meditation (4 min) Rest into the calm. Let your system integrate. Ground in what you just opened.
5️⃣ Reflection + Integration Circle (25 min) Share what came up — emotionally, physically, energetically. Ask questions, speak your truth, or just be witnessed. No fixing. Just real presence and space to be seen.
