What to bring

Please do not eat 1 hour prior to event. We will be using our breath in an active way. We don’t want Sunday brunch in the way of that 😉
Event will start on time at 4 pm
Come as you are and leave feeling more connected, new friends, open and in love with life!
After the breath, we will be casually hanging around the BONFIRE. Feel free to bring your own drink/snack of choice. You'll be hungry after doing all that breathing!

About me: I have suffered from depression, anxiety, low energy, lack of community, brain fog, lack of purpose, poor digestion for periods of my life and it has not been fun! I found breathwork and it helped me in releasing stuck emotions from my past, gaining clarity on my purpose/direction in life and becoming a happier more joyful person! I've had AMAZING EXPERIENCES doing breathwork and because of that....
I love facilitating for others and showing them the power that this can have in their lives and meeting other people doing it! Community is everything!
