This 4 hour workshop will be revealing, caring and kaleidoscopic! Conscious Connected Breathwork is one of those things that can have a big impact on your future self.
Phil will take you on a deep Breathwork journey, and add some fun yet powerful movement exercises with sprinkles of good humour.

Bio:
Phil grew up in suburban Melbourne under the influence of classical music, Pink Floyd and the never ending weirdness of just about to happen nuclear armageddon.
Moving to London at age 18, that trajectory didn't last long. Drawn to radical left politics in the UK, Phil knew that something had to change in the world, although after realising that radical politics started to seem like a very blunt instrument for revolutionary change, he came to have a tremendous curiosity for the darker side of the human condition.
It was upon discovering Breathwork or Cellular Memory Release in 2005, that Phil found a modality which eclipsed all others. Breathwork or Cellular Memory Release is a profoundly simple process which can lead to very big transformations. The rich vein of non-ordinary states of consciousness opened up by the breath just blew him away!
Phil's view is that a personal transformation must occur inside us before we can make serious inroads into the multiple dysfunctions afflicting our present age.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you are unable to attend the workshop, we do require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations. In such case a credit note will be held on your account. Late cancellations & no shows incur full fee. Fully booked/sold out workshops will only be credited if the place can be transferred to another student.
