Join us for an evening of conscious connected breathing, nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deeper reconnection with yourself.
Breathwave is a gentle yet powerful breathwork practice that supports the body in releasing stored tension, stress, and emotional charge while increasing clarity, presence, and aliveness. Through the breath, we create space for the nervous system to soften out of survival patterns and return toward greater regulation, resilience, and connection.
Many of us spend our lives operating in chronic stress states - constantly thinking, pushing, bracing, or disconnecting from what we feel. Breathwork helps restore communication between body, mind, and emotion so the system no longer has to work so hard to protect itself.
This is not about forcing an experience.
It is about learning how to listen to your body, regulate with greater awareness, and create safety within yourself.
The evening will include:
* Grounding & arrival
* Gentle somatic awareness
* Guided Breathwave journey
* Music & integration
* Closing circle
What to Bring
* Comfy clothing (no belts or restrictive clothing)
* Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
* Blanket & pillow
* Water bottle
* Journal if desired
Helpful Preparation
* Avoid heavy meals 90 minutes beforehand
* Abstain from alcohol or recreational substances 24 hours beforehand
* Give yourself a little extra space after the session to integrate and rest
Whether you are completely new to breathwork or already experienced, you are welcome here.
