Breathwork is a technique that alters your state of consciousness to facilitate self-discovery, healing, transformation, and much more.
During this ceremony, the doctors will be guiding you through breathwork to promote physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well being.
What to bring: a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and anything else to keep you comfortable as you lay on the floor.
Please plan to arrive 15 min early to allow yourself time to settle in. The doors will close 5 min after start time.
