About this Event
Breathwork creates an altered state of consciousness, which allows people to break free from current limitations, helps release stored emotions and bound up emotional charge.You may scream, cry, laugh uncontrollably... you might feel the depths of what has been hidden... or feel a great sense of relief and calm after releasing things that are no longer serving you. You will walk out of this experience feeling like a brand new person... when in reality you have just returned back to the true you.
**This event is open to people you invite, as long as they show up ready, willing, and as a safe space for the container and people there (18 Years and Older Only)
