We are having a 2-part evening of indulgence and learning. Come for the workshop and stay for the Jam to practice what you learned and meet other like-minded folks!

Discussion and Practical Exercises:

• Engage in optional, hands-on exercises to practice techniques and refine your skills.

Solo and Partnered Work:

• Attend solo or with a partner.
• Activities will include both personal reflections and interactive demonstrations. Participation in physical exercises is optional—observe or engage at your comfort level.
