Join Erica from @intoyourharmony and Joe from @inthismotion for a 1.5-hour grounding, deeply restorative conscious and connected breath-and-sound journey.
In this session, you’ll experience breath in its fullest, interwoven with transformative sound healing. Travel the path of the breath—guided through voice and music—to transcend ordinary awareness and access altered states of consciousness. This journey is crafted to take us from the earth, through the body, and into places beyond the mind and beyond thought. It’s a space to explore the deeper corners of yourself and discover what may lie hidden.
As the pressure and intensity of the Christmas season begin to build, this workshop offers a spacious pause—an opportunity to soften, reconnect, and find steadiness within yourself.
Whether you’re brand new to breathwork or already have experience, all levels are welcome. All you’ll need is curiosity and openness to discover what your breath may reveal.
