Welcome to Breathe + Write = Connect! Join me at Tribe, A Healing Arts Community for a relaxing two-hour workshop of meditation and writing. This in-person event invites you to take time for yourself, pause, breathe, and listen.
Your inner wisdom speaks to you moment-by-moment. But how do you turn down the noise and step into the stillness to hear its guidance? Through guided meditation and mindful breathing, we’ll invite stillness in our hearts and create space to turn down the volume on the distractions and turn up the volume of your inner voice.
Guided by reflective questions as prompts, allow your inner thoughts and feelings to flow onto the page, unedited and real. Through free writing, you’ll forge a deeper connection with yourself and gain clarity and valuable insights into your journey of self-discovery.
No meditation or writing experience required. This event is for anyone looking to unwind, gain clarity, and connect more deeply with themselves. Limited spots available.
About the experience:
We will spend time in meditation and time writing. Meditation cushions will be set up for seating. Folding chairs are available if needed. Tea and water are provided. Please feel free to bring additional comforts such as a blanket or your own meditation cushion. Bring your favorite journal and writing tools.
Doors open at 9:45 am so that you can settle in for a prompt 10:00 am start. Late entries will not be allowed and there are no refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event.
